Based on the history of China, the chinese boiled the fresh egg and then deep fry the egg yolk until it becomes oil, so called the egg yolk oil, for longevity. Due to some setbacks, the Japanese invented an extracting process using bio technology in order to protect the nutrient in the egg yolk.
